RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately on 020 8202 6187. If your order has already been despatched we will not be able to cancel it, and you will be liable for the return postage costs as outlined below.
Returns eligibility
If you are returning a product because it is no longer required, it must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging.
If you are returning a product because it is faulty, it must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, including the original packaging.
If you are returning a product because it caused a negative skin reaction, please contact us immediately. Our medical skincare experts will arrange a consultation with you (online or face to face) to assess the reaction and provide you with treatment advice. We may require the product to be returned to us, including the original packaging, before we will issue a refund.
Returns process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@hannahlondon.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
If you are returning a product because it is no longer required, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
If you are returning the product because it is faulty, caused a negative skin reaction or arrived damaged, or if the item was incorrectly delivered, you will need to arrange and pay for the return postage. Please ensure that you receive and retain proof of postage. Once the returned product has been checked and a refund approved, we will issue your refund, including your postage costs.
All items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
You must ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend that you obtain proof of purchase and insurance from your carrier for all returns.
You may also return the items to one of our London clinics at Harley Street or Beaufort Park. Please bring the original packaging and your order number.
Once the returned item is received and checked, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. You will be notified by email when this has happened.
