PRE-PURCHASE CONSULTATIONS

Some of our products are only available following a consultation with one of our medical skin experts. This will ensure that your chosen product is appropriate for your skin and desired outcome, and, in some cases, because it requires a prescription.

Please note that the person who will be using the products must attend the consultation.

Booking your consultation

Your consultation can take place at either our Harley Street or Beaufort Park clinics.

When booking your consultation, please let us know which product(s) you wish to buy and we will ensure that they are in stock at the clinic, so you can purchase them following your consultation. Should a product be unavailable, we will contact you in advance of your consultation to arrange a new appointment or suggest an alternative product.
