All deliveries will be despatched promptly and securely, ensuring that you receive your products quickly and in perfect condition.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs £5.99 to anywhere in the UK.
Delivery to anywhere in the UK is free for orders over £100.
Please note that delivery is not available to the Channel Islands, Crown Dependencies or BFPO addresses.
Delivery timescales
Your order should be with you within seven working days, usually sooner. (Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays).
Higher value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not in, our carrier may ask a neighbour to sign on your behalf, in which case we will consider your purchase to have been delivered. If a signature cannot be obtained, we will leave a note with information on how to rearrange delivery.
When purchasing your order, you are welcome to specify a different delivery address to your payment address.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery tracking
Your order will be despatched within two working days and you’ll receive an email to confirm this has happened, which will include the tracking number for your delivery.

Do you offer expedited delivery?
No, we only offer our standard delivery service.
Can I change the delivery address once an order has been placed?
This may be possible if the item has not yet been despatched. Please contact us immediately on 020 8202 6187 to request the change of address.
Can I amend an order after it has been placed?
No, unfortunately we cannot change an order. However, if it has not yet been despatched, we may be able to cancel the order. Please call us on 020 8202 6187 to speak to one of our team.
Can I collect my order from a clinic?
If you’d prefer to collect your purchase from one of our clinics, please call us on 020 8202 6187 to order your items. You can pay for them in clinic when you collect them from our clinic. Please note that we can only hold items for collection for up to 48 hours.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
On the whole we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you need us to deliver to a PO Box please contact us first on 020 8202 6187 or info@hannnahlondon.com to discuss the options.
Do you deliver internationally?
No, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
We do not ship to the Channel Islands, Crown Dependencies, BFPO addresses or anywhere else outside the UK.
How do I track my order?
When your order is despatched you’ll receive an email including a tracking code so you can monitor your delivery’s progress.
